New South agreement numbers should start with an X in M3, followed by their New South job number. This will automatically get changed to a J.
NS addresses should start with the job number (JXXXXX)
NS Project should start with the job number
Put one “freight in” cost in the header of New South agreements if there are multiple items; can edit each item’s freight individually when adding to order
“Freight In” is the correct price to use for freight on NS orders
Encore/Oncore projects (NS Jobs) get a contracted price for freight, and slight discount.
NS POs should be 10% less than what Quotes show; NS will only pay what the PO shows, not what the quote shows.
